Salon policies
Clear expectations help every guest and stylist stay on time. By booking with us, you agree to the following.
Last updated: August 2026
Booking and walk-ins
We accept appointments and walk-ins. Booking ahead through Vagaro, or calling or texting the salon, helps us get you in the chair faster.
Color, extensions, corrections, and complex services begin with a consultation so we can set timing, pricing, and expectations before work starts.
Cancellations and no-shows
This cancellation policy applies to every stylist at Montana & Company. The charge is based on the price of the booked service.
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged the full service fee.
That invoice must be paid before you can rebook an appointment. If you need to change your time, call or text us as soon as you can.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so we stay on time for the guests after you.
Satisfaction and redos
If something does not feel right after your service, contact your stylist or the salon within 72 hours so we can review it together.
We are happy to discuss a corrective visit when the concern relates to the service performed. Change-of-mind requests, box color, or work altered by another stylist may not qualify for a complimentary redo.
Children and studio etiquette
We want a calm, focused studio for every guest. Please keep children supervised. If a visit becomes disruptive, we may ask you to reschedule.
Silencing phones during services helps everyone enjoy the chair.
Payments and products
We accept common card payments and cash. Retail products recommended for your service are available in the salon.
